Buy With Confidence From Zekes Jewellers

Your satisfaction with your jewellery purchase is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging including all original documentation (if applicable) within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Any item that has been modified or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Purchases made on the zekesjewellersbrandon.com site may be returned to one of our retail locations after arrangements have been made with a customer service representative at                 1-877-476-5386

Purchases made through PayPal cannot be returned to a retail location. They must be returned through the online store.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

To arrange for a return please call our customer service representatives at 1-877-476-5386 (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm CST) who will validate your purchase date and qualification for return within the 30 day period. After this validation process they will issue to you the necessary information to complete the refund or exchange.

There are certain costs that are not refundable on returns along with some items that are final sale due to the nature of wearing. They include but are not restricted to:

Shipping charges-the original shipping charge is non-refundable

Shipping charges to return the item for refund is at the customer’s expense

Any fees paid for customization of the product (such as oversized ring sizing) is non-refundable.

All items that are categorized as body jewellery are a final sale (excluding anklets)

On diamond product returns the appraisal/authenticity certificates, where applicable, must be returned along with the product or a $50 fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee will cover the costs we will incur to obtain new documentation allowing the product to be re-sold.

For returns made through the online store, we will email confirmation to you that it has been received and that your refund/exchange will be processed within 3 to 4 business days of receipt. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Your refund receipt will be mailed to you via regular mail and any credits earned will be put back on the original credit card the purchase was initially made on.

In the event of an exchange your original order must be returned, received and validated at our offices prior to your replacement order being shipped.
